【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardappliestosystemtestsforhigh-voltagedirectcurrent(HVDC)installationswhichconsistofasendingterminalandareceivingterminal,eachconnectedtoana.c.system.Thetestsspecifiedinthisstandardarebasedonbidirectionalandbipolarhigh-voltagedirectcurrent(HVDC)installationswhichconsistofasendingterminalandareceivingterminal,eachconnectedtoana.c.system.Thetestrequirementsandacceptancecriteriashouldbeagreedforback-to-backinstallations,whilemulti-terminalsystemsandvoltagesourcedconvertersarenotincludedinthisstandard.FormonopolarHVDCinstallations,thestandardappliesexceptforbipolartests.Forthespecialfunctionsorperformancesthatareclaimedbyspecificprojects,someextratestitemsnotincludedinthisstandardshouldbeaddedaccordingtothetechnicalspecificationrequirements.Thisstandardonlyservesasaguidelinetosystemtestsforhigh-voltagedirectcurrent(HVDC)installations.Thestandardgivespotentialusersguidance,regardinghowtoplancommissioningactivities.Thetestsdescribedintheguidemaynotbeapplicabletoallprojects,butrepresentarangeofpossibletestswhichshouldbeconsidered.Therefore,itispreferablethattheprojectorganizationestablishestheindividualtestprogrambasedonthisstandardandinadvanceassignsresponsibilitiesforvarioustasks/testsbetweeninvolvedorganisations(e.g.user,supplier,manufacturer,operator,purchaseretc.)foreachspecificproject.
