【摘要】:Thismethodisfordeterminingphenolsandthiophenolsingasoline,refinerycausticsandcrudecresylicacidsderivedfromrefinerycaustics.Inthismethod,theterm"phenols"referstomixturesofphenol,cresols,xylenolsandotherphenoliccompoundsthataretypicallyfoundinthesesamples.Similarly,"thiophenols"referstotheanalogoussulfurcompounds.Themethodcanbeappliedtohigherboilingpetroleumfractionssuchaskerosinesanddieseloils,buttheresultsarebiasedlowandthusresultsbythismethodforsuchfractionsareconsideredsemi-quantitative.Thepresenceofhighconcentrationsofthiophenolswillinterferewiththedeterminationofphenolswhilehighconcentrationsofalkylmercaptanswillinterferewiththedeterminationofthiophenols.Aspecificdeterminationforphenolscanbemadeafterremovalofboththiophenolsandmercaptansbyextraction.Thequantitationrangeforphenolsis0.01to0.5mass-%ingasoline,0.01to40mass-%inrefinerycaustic,and0.1to10mass-%incrudecresylicacids.Thelowerquantitationlimitforthiophenolsingasolineis0.002mass-%.Duetothepossibilityofoxidationofthesulfur-containingcompounds,promptanalysisaftersamplingisrequiredtoobtaincorrectresults.

【摘要】:1.1ProductdefinitionThisEuropeanStandardcontainstheinitial,startoflifedimensional,optical,mechanicalandenvironmentalperformancerequirementswhichaconnectorterminatedwithcylindricalzirconiaPCferruleandassembledsinglemoderesilientalignmentsleeveSC-PCsimplexconnectorset(plug/adaptor/plug),adaptorandpatchcordmustmeetinorderforittobecategorisedasanENstandardproduct.Sincedifferentvariantsandgradesofperformancearepermitted,productmarkingdetailsaregivenin3.6.1.2IntermateabilityAlthoughallproductsconformingtotherequirementsofthisEuropeanStandardwillintermate,theresultinglevelofrandomattenuationperformancewillonlybeensuredinaccordancewithTable1.Theintentionisthatthiswillbetrueirrespectiveofthemanufacturingsource(s)oftheproduct.Whenintermatingplugvariantshavingdifferentattenuationgrades,theresultinglevelofattenuationcannotbeassuredtobeanybetterthantheworstattenuationgrade.TheintermatingofaGradeCplugwithaGradeBplugwillresultinanuncertainlevelofrandomattenuationperformance.1.3OperatingenvironmentThetestsselectedcombinedwiththeseveritiesanddurationsarerepresentativeofacategoryUenvironmentdescribedinEN61753-1.1.4ReliabilityWhilsttheanticipatedservicelifeexpectancyoftheproductinthisenvironmentis20years,compliancewiththisspecificationdoesnotguaranteethereliabilityoftheproduct.Thisshouldbepredictedusingarecognisedreliabilityassessmentprogramme.1.5QualityassuranceCompliancewiththisspecificationdoesnotguaranteethemanufacturingconsistencyoftheproduct.Thisshouldbemaintainedusingarecognisedqualityassuranceprogramme.
