【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaliquidchromatographicmethodforthedeterminationofthechloramphenicolcontentofthemuscletissueofmeat,includingpoultry.Themethodissuitableforthedeterminationofchloramphenicolcontentsgreaterthan6,5μg/kg.Testsampleswhichhavedeterioratedcannotbeanalysedwiththismethod.NOTEThisInternationalStandardmaybeapplicableforthedeterminationofthechloramphenicolcontentofallkindsofmeatandmeatproducts.However,materialsotherthanmuscletissuewerenotincludedinthecollaborativetestingofthemethod.
