【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesatestmethodfordeterminingtheimpactstrengthoftheheelsofladies'shoes.Theresultprovidesanassessmentoftheliabilitytofailureundertheoccasionalheavyblowsreceivedduringwear.NOTEWhilethetestmethodisapplicabletoalltypesofhighheels,ofwhateverconstruction,itisparticularlyusefulforinjection-mouldedplasticsheelswhichincorporateasteeldowelreinforcement,givinginformationonthesuitabilityofthedowels'hardnessorsoftness.Normally,heelswhichbyvirtueoftheirshapehaveahighlateralimpactresistancedonotneedtobetestedinthisway.
