【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtodeterminethemeltingpointofallnormalanimalandvegetablefats.Thenaturalfatsandoils,thatis,thoseofanimalandvegetableorigin,aremixturesofglyceridesandothersubstancesandconsistofanumberofcomponents.Theydonotexhibiteitheradefiniteorsharpmeltingpoint.Fatspassthroughastageofgradualsofteningbeforetheybecomecompletelyliquid.Themeltingpointthenshallbedefinedbythespecificconditionsofthemethodbywhichitisdeterminedand,inthiscase,itshallbethetemperatureatwhichthesamplebecomesperfectlyclearandliquid.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedtodeterminethemeltingpointofallnormalanimalandvegetablefatsandoils.ThistestmethodwasderivedfromALCAH-16.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
